A wellsite trailer is not an office that happens to be parked at a lease — it is where drilling, completions and pipeline operations are run. Supervisors plan the day, hold safety briefings and manage 24-hour activity from the location itself, which keeps records, decisions and compliance on site. Because the same set can carry sleeping quarters, kitchenettes, laundry and washrooms, crews on remote pads work and rest without leaving the site. Units run 48 to 60 feet by 12 feet wide.

Triple 35 LB skids are the default, not the upgrade: when the program moves, the trailer travels between wellsites without dismantling, which makes it a multi-year asset. Generator hookups, holding tanks and heated service runs keep the unit running on leases with no services at all, and a full safety package — smoke and CO detection, extinguishers, high-security locks, exterior lighting — comes as part of the build. Alberta Part 10, CSA A277, BCCSA COR, ISO-9001:2008 and WCB documentation travels with the unit.
