A classroom ordered in spring can be teaching students in September. The building takes shape in the plant while the foundation goes in at the school, which cuts a timeline conventional construction cannot touch, and it keeps the noise and traffic of a build off the schoolyard. Costs stay predictable because most of the work happens indoors on a controlled schedule. The finished room is engineered and inspected to provincial standards — structural, fire, electrical and accessibility — not to portable expectations.

Modular Classrooms That Grow With Enrolment
New modules are straightforward to add as student populations grow, and existing modules can be relocated when catchment boundaries shift, which suits both a two-year enrolment bulge and a permanent wing. Layouts are tailored to educational needs including classrooms, labs and administrative areas, with interior and exterior finishes selected to match existing school buildings. In-house cabinetry and millwork means built-in storage and administrative fit-out are made in the same plant as the building. Configurations run from two boxes to six.
