Design, engineer, construct and commission two 48 man dorms and one 26 man Drill Camp. Dorms consisted of six – 7- bedroom sleeping units , one 6-bedroom unit with entranceway mud/boot room, and one wash car module including six private bathrooms, one gang washroom and central laundry room facilities. All units included a central propane forced air furnace and rooftop heat pump. The washcar included a commercial grade hot water system, master fire alarm panel and fire hose station, main electrical panel and plug boards. Units placed in two rows (end-to-end) with a central 4’ hallway adjoining the two row of units to form one complete complex. All units in full compliance with the following regulations:

Designed, engineered and constructed a total of 39 - 12’x 60’ wellsite trailers to expand their rental fleet in Northern Alberta and BC. Majority of units were referred to as 50-50 Engineer/Engineers while some were referred to as Command Centers. Engineer/Engineer units were comprised of a central entranceway, fire-rated mechanical room, with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room and office area on either end. These units were fully self-contained including 400 gallon water storage, 480 gallon holding tank and two 400 lb propane tanks. All units in full compliance with the following regulations:

Designed, engineered and constructed a total of eight wellsite units consisting of five 12 x 60 and three 14 x 60 units. The 12 x 60 units were typical Engineer-Engineer style units with independent living quarters on either end that doubled as offices, while the 14x60 units also include a smoke-tight geologist lab on one end complete with independent heating, ventilation and required apparatus. These 14 x 60 units also included low volume Vacuflush toilets and included a custom holding tank to permit 8 days of operation without requiring water of pump-out.
